    Join MortgageAdviceUK as an adviser

    We introduce UK homebuyers, homeowners and landlords to mortgage advisers. To join, you must be FCA-authorised or an appointed representative of an authorised firm, advise on a whole-of-market basis, and not charge clients a fee for advice.

    Who we are looking for

    • You are FCA-authorised, or an appointed representative of an FCA-authorised firm.
    • You advise on a whole-of-market basis: you are not tied to any one lender or restricted to a panel.
    • You do not charge the client a fee for advice.
    • You cover first-time buyer, remortgage, moving home or buy-to-let mortgages.

    How introductions work

    People ask us to introduce them to a mortgage adviser. We match each enquiry with one adviser, who contacts the client. We act solely as an introducer and do not give mortgage advice ourselves.

    What it costs

    Joining is currently free. We will give notice before that changes.

    What we ask of you

    • Contact each introduced client within 24 hours.
    • Report the outcome of each introduction back to us.
